Description
The Major Gifts Officer is responsible for planning, directing, and implementing programmatic, capital, and endowment fundraising efforts. This role involves managing the development of fundraising proposals and presenting them to prospective donors. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree, with a preference for those in healthcare or related fields. A master's degree is also preferred. Candidates must have at least five years of fundraising experience, including three years specifically in major gifts fundraising. The role requires verifiable experience in successfully soliciting gifts from individuals and corporations within the specified range. While bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred, it is not a requirement for the position.
