Company History
Founded in 1895, we are one of the oldest child care centers in the country. We were founded to care for the children of the widows of men who had died building the railroad or the Croton aqueduct. From the outset, we have provided child care that was educational (not just custodial) in nature. We have an economically and culturally diverse community. We provide tuition assistance for working families who cannot afford the full cost of our program.
Benefits
A generous vacation policy: Paid vacation days accrue monthly. After one year of employment, employees have accrued 23 vacation days.
