MISSION: Project Healthy Minds is a tech-driven mental health non-profit dedicated to expanding access to mental health services across the United States for every community. Project Healthy Minds focuses on three programmatic areas: (1) destigmatizing mental health by mobilizing culture-makers; (2) expanding access to mental health services through the world's first free digital mental health marketplace (think OpenTable or Expedia but for mental health services); and (3) advocating for innovative workplace investments in employee mental health. Project Healthy Minds' programmatic initiatives serve more than 200,000 people annually.
We believe in a simple but profound idea: that it should be as easy to find mental health services as it is to book a flight or a restaurant reservation. That’s why we’ve built the world’s first free online mental health marketplace so that every American can find the mental health services that are right for them.
To do that, we work with some of the most inspiring and influential leaders in America—business titans, tech entrepreneurs, clinicians and scientists, musicians, artists, athletes, media stars, policymakers, and more—because we believe that the world’s most complex challenges require interdisciplinary teams and solutions.
The non-profit has also attracted an unusual cross-section of leaders from across technology, entertainment, finance, real estate, sports, media, and more – including more than 6 NFL owners, a number of Giving Pledge signers, and companies like BlackRock, RBC Capital Markets, KPMG, Nespresso, PepsiCo, NBCUniversal, Warner Bros. Discovery, L'Oreal, Lululemon, Unilever, and more.
We are backed by a powerhouse of industry-leading Board of Directors and Advisory Council members who are passionate, hands-on, and dive into the important work with us.

We are growing quickly and need a proven leader to help shape the development strategy and lead the hands-on execution of that plan.
